The Tastes of Fremantle stage brings together an outstanding group of local and national chefs to share their love of seafood. This is free family entertainment where visitors will delight in watching each of our celebrity and local chefs present and cook their signature seafood dishes and share a tasting with the audience. Stage presentations will be every hour from 10.30 am Saturday and Sunday to 4.30pm.

The very popular Tastes of Fremantle stage also hosts The Fremantle Prawn Star Competition. This is a bit of light hearted, interactive fun with the audience. Competitors will be selected from the audience and invited to come on the stage to peel prawns. The winner is chosen as the quickest and neatest prawn peeler as judged by our celebrity chefs and special guests. The winner will receive a $100 fresh seafood voucher from Kailis Fishmarket Café and the title of Fremantle's newest "Prawn Star".
